Overview
CSS stylesheets have been split into separate files. Each view has it's own separate CSS file.
Style Sheets files are located in directory:
components/com_jomdirectory/assets/css
There are few css files:

Color Scheme
Apart from the main CSS files, there are also colour schemes. For each scheme, there is only one CSS file. You can create as many schemes as you want. Colour scheme is common to all views and can be set in component configuration and category configuration under Joomla menu.
